Chilled peppermint tea

Kick back with refreshing iced peppermint tea.
Ingredients:
  • 3 peppermint tea bags
  • 3 regular tea bags
  • 1.5 litres (6 cups) cold water
  • 100mls fresh orange juice
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Mint sprigs, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a jug, steep all the tea bags in water for 15-30 minutes until desired strength. Remove the tea bags.
  • Combine fresh orange juice and sugar with the tea until it reaches your desired taste. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Pour the chilled tea into glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs before serving.
