Tasty Chilli Mint Chicken with Avocado and Snow Pea Sprouts, featuring Arnott’s Vita-Weat and taste.com.au collaboration.
Ingredients:
  • 75g cooked skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 11.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 40g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 firm ripe avocado, mashed
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Soy, Linseed & Sesame Lunch Slices
  • 15g snow pea sprouts, trimmed
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chicken, chili sauce, snow peas, and fresh mint. Season with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
