Chilli pork and peanut burgers

Spicy pork and peanut burgers, great for grilling.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pork mince
  • 82.50 ml roughly chopped roasted peanuts
  • 41.60 gm hot chilli sauce
  • 150g Asian salad with crunchy noodles
  • 81.68 gm Japanese-style mayonnaise
  • 4 crusty bread rolls, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mince, peanuts, and sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then use your hands to combine well. Shape into 4 patties, slightly flatten them, and cook, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Combine the salad, noodles, and dressing in a bowl and toss together until well mixed.
  • Evenly slather mayonnaise onto the roll bases. Pile on the salad mixture and patties. Top with the other half of the rolls. Serve and enjoy!
