Spicy pasta dish ready in under 30 minutes, perfect for chilli lovers. For milder option, swap chilli for lemon zest for a citrus kick.
Ingredients:
  • 375g linguine
  • 500g Deli Aussie Raw Peeled Prawns
  • 490g jar carbonara pasta sauce
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 2 long red chillies, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta in a saucepan of bubbling water according to the package instructions or until al dente. Drain thoroughly.
  • Heat a large frying pan over high heat and spray with olive oil spray. Cook the prawns for 3-4 minutes until they curl and change color. Stir in the pasta sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add spinach and optional chilli, toss to combine.
  • Combine the pasta with the prawn mixture in the pan, tossing until well combined and heated through. Season to taste.
