Ingredients:
  • 500g linguine
  • 500g green prawns, shelled with tails on
  • 1 red chilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch baby spinach
  • 125.00 gm white wine
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • Olive oil, to drizzle
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil linguine until al dente, about 8 minutes or as per package directions.
  • Prepare the prawns by rinsing them, chop and deseed the chilli, crush or finely chop the garlic, and rinse the baby spinach leaves.
  • In a heated wok or pan, sizzle chili and finely chopped garlic in oil for 1 minute. Introduce prawns and cook for 5 minutes, flipping occasionally until cooked through. Pour in 1/2 cup white wine and stir in baby spinach leaves.
  • After cooking the linguine, transfer it to bowls. Arrange prawns on top. Drizzle olive oil over the pasta and prawns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges and savor every bite.
