Chimichurri dipping sauce

Spicy herb dipping sauce - perfect for BBQ meats and grilled prawns. Also great on roast potato salad.
Ingredients:
  • 437.50 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 82.50 ml fresh oregano leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, quartered
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 75.08 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 62.50 ml red wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until herbs are finely chopped and mixture is well combined, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Transfer to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
