Elevate any dish with this versatile chive herb butter - perfect for steaks, potatoes, or grilled veggies!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • pinch of salt
Instructions:
  • Soften butter in a small bowl at room temperature for about 1 hour. Add chives and salt, then mix thoroughly using a silicone spatula until well combined.
  • Place the butter in the center of a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Roll the butter into a log shape by lifting one side of the plastic wrap and pressing the sides in as you roll. Twist the ends to seal.
  • Chill butter for 1 hour. Slice into rounds and top your favorite dishes.
