Elegantly crafted dessert for effortless enjoyment!
Ingredients:
  • 1 sheet frozen ready-rolled butter puff pastry
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 126.25 gm pure cream
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced diagonally
  • 240.00 gm Irish cream-flavoured custard
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Cut pastry into 4 squares and place on baking paper-lined trays. Bake for 10 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool on a wire rack.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and cream. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it cool for 20 minutes.
  • 1. Using a small knife, carefully split each pastry square in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on plates, top with chocolate mixture and banana slices, then spoon over custard. Sandwich with pastry halves and dust with icing sugar. Serve and enjoy.
