Calcium-rich shake for strong bones and sustained energy.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml Milo powder
  • 193.13 gm skim milk
  • 62.50 ml low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 20.00 gm traditional oats
  • 6 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Combine Milo, milk, yogurt, banana, oats, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy the deliciousness.
