Easter blondie slice with choc-chips and edible funfetti for a fun holiday baking treat!
Ingredients:
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 220g caster sugar
  • 3 Free Range Eggs, lightly whisked
  • 150g plain flour
  • 75g self-raising flour
  • 100g white chocolate, extra, coarsely chopped
  • Coles Mini Choc Drops, to sprinkle
  • Coles Rainbow Confetti, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper, leaving some overhang. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate and butter and stir for 5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  • Combine sugar and stir. Mix in the egg. Add the flour mixture and stir. Fold in the additional white chocolate, half of the chocolate drops, and half of the confetti. Gently combine.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan, ensuring a smooth surface. Sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate drops and confetti. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted in the center. Allow it to cool completely in the pan before cutting into pieces to serve.
