Ingredients:
  • 250.00 gm rolled oats
  • 63.75 gm desiccated coconut
  • 190.00 gm Milk Chocolate Bits
  • 118.80 gm firmly-packed brown sugar
  • 165.00 ml plain flour
  • 2.00 gm baking powder
  • 113.75 gm light olive oil
  • 84.98 gm milk
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 3cm-deep, 18cm x 28cm slab pan with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, chocolate chips, and sugar. Then, sift flour and baking powder over the mixture.
  • In a bowl, combine oil, milk, and egg. Pour the mixture into the oats and stir until fully blended. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down with a spoon. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden and set.
  • Let the slice cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into pieces and serve.
