Indulgent frozen chocolate-covered bananas - a delightful, portable dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 6 small bananas, peeled, halved crossways
  • 125.00 ml granulated nuts
  • 125.00 ml chocolate sprinkles
  • 375g packet White Chocolate Melts
  • 50g Milk Chocolate Melts
Instructions:
  • Prepare your workspace by lining 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Chill one tray in the freezer. Skewer each banana half with an ice-cream stick and arrange them on the tray. Get ready by placing nuts in one small bowl and chocolate sprinkles in another small bowl.
  • Melt milk chocolate melts in a small heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon for 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Coat 4 banana halves in milk chocolate, shaking off excess. Roll in nuts and freeze on tray. Repeat with 4 more bananas and sprinkles. Lastly, coat remaining bananas with chocolate, shake off excess, and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate melts in a small heatproof bowl placed over simmering water, stirring with a metal spoon for 3 minutes until smooth.
  • Transfer the melted white chocolate into a small snap-lock bag. Snip off one corner to create a piping bag. Drizzle the chocolate over the plain coated bananas. Freeze for 30 minutes until chocolaty goodness is frozen. Serve and enjoy!
