Choc-dipped marshmallow pops

Kid-friendly chocolate-dipped marshmallows - a fun and easy sweet treat to make together!
Ingredients:
  • 20 large white marshmallows
  • 200g white cooking chocolate, chopped
  • Edible glitter, to decorate
  • Red sprinkles, to decorate
  • Mini cachous, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Skewer large marshmallows onto lollipop sticks, making sure not to push all the way through. Repeat with the rest of the marshmallows and sticks.
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted, then transfer to a small heatproof jug.
  • Dip half of the marshmallows in melted chocolate, tapping gently to remove excess. Stand them upright in a mug and chill in the fridge for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with edible glitter, sprinkles, or cachous. Chill until set. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows, chocolate, and decorations.
