Indulge in a decadent mint hot chocolate with peppermint and green marshmallows for the ultimate cozy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 65.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 2060.00 gm low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint essence
  • 32 mini green marshmallows
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix cocoa and sugar, then whisk in milk and peppermint until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir constantly for 6 to 7 minutes until it is nearly boiling.
  • Pour the delicious mixture into cozy mugs and generously top with fluffy marshmallows before serving.
