Choc-mint raspberry sundae

Treat your inner child to a delicious raspberry sundae.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml hard-boiled peppermint lollies
  • 1 chocolate brownie (about 5cm square), cut into small cubes
  • 2 scoops raspberry ice-cream
  • 60ml chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Crush the lollies in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. Layer the sundae glass with brownie, ice cream, half the chopped lollies, and chocolate sauce. Repeat with another layer of brownie and ice cream, then top with the remaining lollies and whipped cream.
