Indulge in irresistibly crunchy chocolate muesli cookies, a perfect pairing with your favorite cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml natural muesli
  • 170.00 gm sultanas
  • 125.00 ml slivered almonds
  • 187.50 ml plain flour
  • 100g butter, melted, cooled
  • 168.75 gm maple syrup
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 95.00 gm dark chocolate melts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180°C while you generously grease 2 large baking trays. Then, line them with baking paper for easy cleanup later on.
  • In a large bowl, mix muesli, sultanas, and almonds. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and create a well in the center.
  • In a jug, mix together butter, syrup, and egg. Pour the mixture into the well, then stir well to combine. Shape the muesli mixture into balls using 2 tablespoons at a time, then place them on trays and gently flatten.
  • Bake until golden, then cool on trays.
  • While waiting, place the chocolate in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Stir until smooth, then drizzle over the biscuits using a spoon. Let it set at room temperature before serving.
