Transform your kitchen into a fun and delicious ice cream laboratory where kids can mix, blend, and create tasty treats.
Ingredients:
  • 2 litres chocolate ice-cream
  • 1.25 litres vanilla ice-cream
  • 140g packet Maltesers
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Spoon chocolate and vanilla ice cream into separate large bowls. Allow to soften for 15 minutes.
  • Crush Maltesers by placing them in a snap-lock bag and gently pounding with a rolling pin until they are just broken.
  • Gently mix white chocolate into softened chocolate ice-cream using a large spoon. Blend Maltesers into softened vanilla ice-cream.
  • Scoop chocolate ice cream into the container using 2 large spoons. Fill any gaps with vanilla ice cream scoops. Use the back of a spoon to smooth and fill gaps. Repeat with the rest of the ice cream mixtures. Smooth out the surface, cover with plastic wrap and lid or foil.
  • Chill in the freezer until solid. Enjoy.
