Innovative spin on a traditional no-bake dessert - served skewer-style.
Ingredients:
  • 500g marshmallows (see Notes)
  • 150g butter, chopped
  • 1000.00 ml Brand Rice Puffs
  • 95.00 gm dark chocolate bits
  • 520.00 gm Brand Cocoa Puffs
Instructions:
  • Prepare two 20cm x 30cm slice pans by greasing and lining them with baking paper, leaving the paper to hang over the long sides.
  • Combine half of the marshmallows and half of the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and well mixed.
  • In a large bowl, combine rice puffs with the marshmallow mixture until smooth. Press the mixture firmly into a prepared pan using wet hands. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Combine the remaining marshmallows, butter, and chocolate in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and well combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine cocoa puffs with the marshmallow mixture and stir until smooth. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using wet hands.
  • Cut out shapes from each mixture using 5-6cm cutters and thread them onto trimmed skewers with care.
