Strawberry chocolate cake toppers for on-the-go picnics.

Ingredients:

450g strawberries, hulled
125g blueberries
24.00 gm icing sugar
315g pkt Chocolate Madeira Cake, sliced

Instructions:

Finely dice 200g of ripe strawberries. Create beautiful layers of the diced strawberries and fresh blueberries in a glass jar.
Puree the rest of the strawberries and powdered sugar in a blender until silky smooth. Pour into a jar for storage.
Chill jars until ready to accompany the cake.
