Strawberry chocolate cake toppers for on-the-go picnics.
Ingredients:
  • 450g strawberries, hulled
  • 125g blueberries
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar
  • 315g pkt Chocolate Madeira Cake, sliced
Instructions:
  • Finely dice 200g of ripe strawberries. Create beautiful layers of the diced strawberries and fresh blueberries in a glass jar.
  • Puree the rest of the strawberries and powdered sugar in a blender until silky smooth. Pour into a jar for storage.
  • Chill jars until ready to accompany the cake.
