Decadent chocolate-almond cookies ready in just 30 minutes, filled with milk chocolate and marzipan chunks.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 2 (1.55 ounce) bars milk chocolate bars, chopped
  • 2 ounces marzipan, cut into small squares
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and butter until light and fluffy using an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Gently fold in the flour mixture until a dough forms, then stir in vegetable oil and milk. Finally, fold in the milk chocolate and marzipan into the dough.
  • Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake until edges are golden brown, approximately 13 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before enjoying.
