Chocolate avocado mousse

Indulgent dairy-free dark chocolate mousse made with ripe avocados.
Ingredients:
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled, stoned, coarsely chopped
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 25.60 gm coconut sugar
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • Crumbled Flake chocolate bar, to serve
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the chocolate, avocado, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill the 1/2-cup (125ml) glasses with the luscious mousse mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  • Garnish with chocolate crumbles and fresh raspberries before serving.
