Indulgent dairy-free chocolate mousse recipe from taste.com.au and Breville.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large avocados
  • 32.50 gm Cocoa
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • 81.00 gm maple syrup
  • 83.33 gm coconut cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate (70%), melted
  • Extra grated vegan dark chocolate, to serve
Instructions:
  • Halve the avocados and discard the pit. Transfer the creamy avocado into a food processor. Add in cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut cream. Pulse for 10 seconds, then scrape the sides and pulse for another 10 seconds.
  • Incorporate the chilled, melted chocolate into the mixture until velvety and luscious. Transfer to individual serving glasses or dishes. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy.
