Whip up quick and flavorful coffee-infused chocolate cake pops in your cake pop maker.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
Instructions:
  • Heat up your cake pop maker and lightly coat it with oil.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Using an electric mixer, blend in buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in coffee until well combined.
  • Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of batter into each compartment of the cake pop maker.
  • Bake cake pops for about 4 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
