Decadent chocolate cake infused with rich cocoa and coffee, topped with luscious vanilla or chocolate frosting for the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup hot, strong coffee
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix in oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in hot coffee and spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven heated to perfection for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick emerges clean from the cake.
