Decadent Belgian waffles infused with rich melted chocolate, ideal for a luxurious brunch or weekend treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 7 fluid ounces milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg until fluffy. Add flour, milk, chocolate chips, oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Prepare the Belgian waffle iron by spraying it with cooking spray and preheating as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Ladle a generous amount of batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until beautifully golden. Continue this process with the rest of the batter. Serve piping hot.
