Indulgent chocolate chip cheesecake bars with a cookie dough crust and topping are a simple and satisfying treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (40 ounce) package prepared cookie dough, divided
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • 1. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. 2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Spread over the cookie dough in the baking dish. 3. Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake in the oven until the center is fully set, for about 35 to 40 minutes.
