Indulge in layers of moist brownie and chewy chocolate chip cookie dough for the ultimate treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 0.66666668653488 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package purchased refrigerated cookie dough
  • 1 Reynolds® Bakeware Pan
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. In a medium saucepan, gently melt the butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously. Take the saucepan off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Gently mix the sugar into the cooled chocolate in the saucepan. Gradually add the eggs one by one, stirring with a wooden spoon until blended. Incorporate the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda in a small mixing bowl. Combine the flour mixture with the chocolate mixture until just mixed. Press half of the cookie dough into an 8x8-inch Reynolds® Bakeware Pan. Evenly spread brownie batter over the cookie dough. Crumble the rest of the cookie dough and sprinkle it evenly over the brownie batter. Gently press down.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the edges are firm and beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let it cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
