Indulge in irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies by combining Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix and Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. Top with Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting for a decadent touch or enjoy unfrosted for soft, classic perfection. Prep in 15 minutes, but be patient for cooling before slicing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box for a cakelike consistency. Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  • Prepare the cookie mix according to the pouch instructions. Use a rounded tablespoon to place dollops of dough evenly over the brownie batter, gently pressing down.
  • Bake for 28 to 32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely on a cooling rack for about 2 hours, then spread with frosting and store loosely covered at room temperature.
