Indulgent egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough frosting perfect for cupcakes or straight from the spoon!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup miniature chocolate chips, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Using an electric mixer on medium speed, blend brown sugar and butter in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Mix in flour, vanilla extract, and salt until combined. Gradually add cream until desired consistency, then gently stir in chocolate chips.
