Delight cookie and cake enthusiasts with a decadent cake featuring baked-in chocolate chip cookie dough.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease and lightly flour the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan generously, or spray with baking spray with flour.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, oil, and 4 eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then switch to medium speed and beat for 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Prepare the cookie dough according to the directions on the packaging. Spoon teaspoonfuls of the dough evenly over the batter in the pan.
  • Bake for 54 to 59 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Gently run a knife around the sides of the pan to release the cake. Allow it to cool completely, approximately 1 hour. Frost the top of the cake and store covered loosely.
