Indulgent pumpkin bread with chocolate chips, walnuts, and warm spices - a delightful treat to share!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour three 9x5-inch loaf pans or three empty 16-ounce coffee tins.
  • In a large bowl, mix together sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water until smooth using an electric mixer. Stir in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gently mix in the delicious chocolate chips and crunchy nuts.
  • Pour the batter into the pans, filling them halfway to three-fourths full.
  • Bake in the oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
  • Allow the delicious creation to cool on wire racks before elegantly releasing it from the pans.
