Boozy chocolate chip cookies with Tennessee whiskey, perfect with a cold glass of milk.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Tennessee whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure the perfect temperature for your dish.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt by sifting them into a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in the first egg until well combined, then add the second egg. Stir in whiskey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Blend flour mixture into creamed butter until just combined; gently fold in chocolate chips. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and arrange on a baking sheet, spacing them 1 to 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges turn golden brown, about 9 to 12 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
