Delightful chocolate chunk cupcakes topped with vanilla and strawberry frosting - a treat the kids will love making!
Ingredients:
  • 450g packet Vanilla Cupcake Mix
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 128.75 gm milk
  • 60g unsalted butter, melted
  • 125g Dark Chocolate Melts, coarsely chopped
  • Strawberries, for decorating (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced) and line a standard 12-hole muffin tray with the cupcake cases included in the cake mix packet.
  • Follow the instructions on the packet to prepare the cupcake mix with eggs, milk, and butter. Gently stir in the chocolate. Evenly distribute the batter into the paper cases. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Transfer to a wire rack and let them cool completely before adding decorations.
  • Top the cakes with the vanilla frosting, add a dollop of fruit squeeze to the center of each, and finish by decorating with 2 strawberry slices.
