Indulgent gluten-free brownies made with any frozen berries.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup turbinado sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup gluten-free all purpose baking flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup egg substitute
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup So Delicious® Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then prepare a 9 x 9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in egg substitute, Vanilla Coconutmilk, and melted coconut oil. Carefully fold in chocolate and berries.
  • Transfer the batter into the pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
