Decadent chocolate chip cookie dough bites with Gold Medal® flour and chopped pecans for a crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together 1 cup of powdered sugar and butter until creamy. Add milk and vanilla and beat until well blended. In a separate medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, beating until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the pecans.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and space them 1 1/2 inches apart on the cookie sheets.
  • Bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes until the tops just start to crack. Let them cool on the cookie sheets for 3 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks and dust with the remaining 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Allow the cookies to cool for an additional 10 minutes.
