Protein-packed no-bake cookie dough bites with chocolate chips, yogurt, and oats - a delicious and convenient snack!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.66666668653488 cup soy protein powder (such as MLO®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or more as needed
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Mix all-purpose flour, soy protein powder, and oat flour in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine white sugar, brown sugar, yogurt, and butter until velvety. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gently incorporate the flour mixture, then add milk gradually until the batter is thick and luscious. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Shape batter into 1-inch balls by hand and place on a baking sheet. Chill in the freezer for an hour or in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
