Chocolate chip skillet cookie cake

Elevate your tea-time with a decadent giant cookie cake featuring choc-chip cookie dough, Oreo cookies, salted pretzels, and dark chocolate chunks.
Ingredients:
  • 450g pkt chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 10 salted pretzels
  • 23g pkt Mini Original Oreo Cookies, coarsely broken
  • 40.00 ml Nestlé Bakers' Choice Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 125ml dessert sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C and lightly grease a 15cm ovenproof frying pan.
  • Flatten the cookie dough into a 15cm disc on a lightly floured surface, then transfer it to the pan. Top with pretzels, mini cookies, and chocolate. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden and slightly soft.
  • Drizzle the dessert with luxurious chocolate topping just before serving.
