Indulgent chocolate banana pie with a vanilla wafer and pecan crust, topped with marshmallow pudding and grated milk chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4.5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) bar milk chocolate candy
Instructions:
  • Mix together the crushed cookie crumbs, pecans, and butter until well combined. Firmly press the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  • In a saucepan, melt together chocolate chips with 1 cup of milk and 2 cups of marshmallows over low heat. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Place the banana slices neatly on top of the chilled chocolate layer.
  • Make pudding mix according to package instructions, but with 3 cups of milk. Gently mix in nondairy whipped topping and the rest of the marshmallows. Spread pudding over bananas, grate chocolate bar on top, then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
