Indulgent chocolate-coated pecan halves - a simple, delightful gift or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups pecan halves
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with wax paper; keep aside for later.
  • In a medium metal bowl, melt chocolate chips with cream over simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth, then remove from heat.
  • Coat pecan halves with melted chocolate mixture, then transfer them individually to a baking sheet. Spread them out to prevent sticking. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, around 10 minutes.
