Try this new captivating recipe for a fresh taste experience.
Ingredients:
  • 500g strawberry
  • 750.00g chocolate melts
  • 1 lettuce secured in a bowl, or a Styrofoam block (to hold skewered dipped strawberries)
Instructions:
  • Wash strawberries in cold water, then pat dry with paper towel.
  • Melt milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl or use a double boiler until smooth and creamy.
  • Skewer each strawberry 1.5 inches deep from the stalk end. Dip 3/4 of the strawberry into melted milk chocolate, shake off excess, and place on foam block or lettuce. Repeat with remaining strawberries. Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate sets.
  • Melt white chocolate either in a heatproof bowl or using a double boiler.
  • Stir chocolate until smooth. Hold a skewered chocolate-covered strawberry over a bowl and drizzle with melted white chocolate using a knife. Rotate to coat the other side. Rest on foam or lettuce.
  • Skewer the next batch of strawberries, chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until set. Once set, gently remove strawberries from skewers and arrange on a serving plate.
