Indulgent Hershey's chocolate-covered strawberries dipped in a decadent mix of semisweet and milk chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips (such as Hershey's®), divided
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips (such as Hershey's®), divided
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages large strawberries
Instructions:
  • Melt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir often, scraping the sides with a rubber spatula to prevent burning, until smooth, for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the chocolate chips until melted and silky.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip the strawberries by the stems into melted chocolate until fully coated, then place them on the baking sheet.
  • Allow the chocolate coating to set by chilling in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.
