Indulgent copycat Panera Bread® chocolate duet cookies with walnuts, white chocolate, and semisweet chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in one egg, then add the second egg and vanilla extract into the mixture.
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add this mixture to the creamed butter and beat until a dough forms.
  • Gently mix walnuts, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips into the dough until well combined.
  • Spoon small amounts of dough onto baking sheets.
  • Bake until the edges turn golden brown, around 9 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven.
