Chocolate fudge brownie ice-cream cups

Indulge in brownie ice cream cups, the perfect combo of chocolatey goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 350g vanilla ice-cream, just softened
  • 1 x 250g pkt Dairy Milk Fudge Brownie chocolate, finely chopped
  • 4 chocolate dessert cups (see note)
  • 4 small plain wafer biscuits, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine the ice cream and chocolate until just mixed. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Place a chocolate cup in the center of each plate.
  • Scoop the ice-cream into the cups and accompany with wafer biscuits.
