Indulge in decadent chocolate fudge sauce on ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 50g butter
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) thin cream
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate, butter, and cream together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth and combined. Serve while warm.
  • Store any remaining sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week. To reheat, warm in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth, stirring occasionally. For a thinner consistency, mix in some light cream if needed.
