Indulgent chocolate fudge slice with sultanas and walnuts for a unique and delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 250g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g milk arrowroot or plain biscuits
  • 85.00 gm sultanas
  • 57.50 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 3cm deep, 16cm x 26.5cm (base) lamington pan by greasing and lining it. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Stir constantly for 5 minutes until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Roughly chop the biscuits in a food processor, making sure not to turn them into crumbs. Combine the chopped biscuits with the chocolate mixture, sultanas, and walnuts, stirring until well mixed.
  • Press the mixture delicately into the prepared lamington pan, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces and serve.
