  • 150ml pouring cream
Instructions:
  • Add dark chocolate melts to a heatproof bowl. Heat cream until boiling in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour hot cream over chocolate. Let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Allow it to set.
