Healthier gluten-free granola with a gourmet twist reminiscent of childhood cereal.
Ingredients:
  • 625.00 ml puffed rice
  • 500.00 ml coconut chips
  • 250.00 ml raw buckwheat
  • 250.00 ml flaked almonds
  • 125.00 ml sunflower seed kernels
  • 40.00 ml chia seeds
  • 69.30 gm solidified coconut oil
  • 117.15 gm rice malt syrup
  • 62.50 ml raw cacao powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 150C/130C fan forced and prepare 2 baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl, mix puffed rice, coconut chips, buckwheat, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
  • Combine coconut oil and rice malt syrup in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Whisk in cacao powder and stir into the rice mixture.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture onto the baking sheets and bake, stirring occasionally, for 28 minutes or until perfectly crisp.
