Impress guests with decadent chocolate hazelnut cookies made with Betty Crocker® mix, drizzled in white chocolate. Perfect dessert treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella® hazelnut spread with cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts (filberts), toasted, skins removed and nuts chopped
  • 3/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, hazelnut spread, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in hazelnuts. Place rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 11 minutes until edges are firm. Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let cool completely.
  • Place white chips and oil in a small resealable freezer plastic bag and seal it. Microwave on High for 45 to 60 seconds, flipping the bag over after 25 seconds. Massage the bag until the chips are melted and smooth. Snip off a tiny corner of the bag and drizzle the melted chips over the cookies. Transfer the cookies onto waxed paper and allow them to set.
