Decadent Nutella® cinnamon rolls: a chocolate-hazelnut twist on a classic treat for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
Instructions:
  • Combine bread flour, milk, white sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, egg, yeast, and salt in a bread machine; select the "dough" cycle and start.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then generously grease a 9x12-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  • Place dough on a floured surface and gently punch it down. Roll it out into a large rectangle. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons of softened butter on top, followed by the chocolate-hazelnut spread and a sprinkling of hazelnuts. Roll the dough up tightly into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls in the baking dish.
  • Bake until the rolls are golden and cooked through, approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
