Upgrade your snack game with a decadent Puffs® cereal mix, perfect for Chex® Muddy Buddies® fans.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Cocoa Puffs™ cereal
  • 3 cups Reese's Puffs® cereal
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups cocktail peanuts
  • 2 cups white vanilla baking chips or miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Combine the cereals in a large bowl and the powdered sugar with cocoa in a small bowl, setting them both aside for later use.
  • Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe 1-quart bowl. Microwave on High for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal and mix until coated evenly.
  • 1. Divide the powdered sugar mixture in half and place one portion in a 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add the coated cereal mixture, seal the bag, and shake until well coated. 2. Add the remaining half of the powdered sugar mixture and shake again. 3. Finally, add the remaining ingredients, shake to mix thoroughly, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
